• 2 months bank statements
• Proposed renovation budget (Scope of Work)
• Borrowing entity’s (LLC or Corporation) Articles of Organization/Incorporation, if applicable
• LLC Operating Agreement or Corporate Bylaws, if available
• “As-is” pictures/videos of the property

  • Capital Fundings loan originator communicates the loan terms to the borrower within 48 hours for borrower approval
  • Capital Fundings provides required loan documents to the Title Company
  • Loan is Closed and Funded within 7 days
